How long does a NetSuite to QuickBooks migration take?

20 days is our standard timeline for a full-history, single-entity NetSuite to QuickBooks migration. Multi-entity or extended history takes 4 to 8 weeks, scoped after an assessment. If you only need opening balances, our automated tool typically finishes in about one day. The assessment gives you the date for your file.

How long does a move to Intuit Enterprise Suite take?

A move to Intuit Enterprise Suite takes 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the number of entities and how much history you bring over. Intuit Enterprise Suite is available in the US only, so Canadian companies move onto QuickBooks Online Advanced or QuickBooks Enterprise instead. Your assessment sets the exact timeline.

Should I move opening balances only, or full history?

Choose opening balances for a clean cutover. Our NetSuite Opening Balance Tool moves your chart of accounts, master lists, account balances as of your cutover date and open receivables and payables for a single entity, with multi-currency supported, for $4,000 plus an optional $1,000 extraction package. If you need transaction history, choose our full-history NetSuite migration.

What Intuit partner designations does SaaS Direct hold?

SaaS Direct holds three Intuit designations: QuickBooks Business Solutions Partner, QuickBooks Solutions Partner and IES Preferred Migration Partner. These are the only partner designations we claim. Who is SaaS Direct not the right fit for?

We are not the right partner if you are moving into NetSuite, Acumatica, Sage Intacct or Microsoft Dynamics; we only migrate off those platforms. We are also not a fit if your requirements go beyond what QuickBooks Online Advanced, QuickBooks Enterprise or Intuit Enterprise Suite can support, because every migration we run lands on the Intuit platform.
